1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "waw99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the waw99 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses waw99 services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered in your name on the waw99 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Website, or using any waw99 Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your Account.

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account with waw99. Creation of multiple Accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. Professional or syndicate betting, arbitrage betting, and use of automated betting systems are prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other websites
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out after each session, especially when accessing your Account from shared or public devices
• Immediately notify waw99 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach. waw99 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud, waw99 requires all users to complete identity verification. You must submit clear copies of:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement showing your name and account number, or e-wallet screenshot)

Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. waw99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or the source of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

waw99 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited instantly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. waw99 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-24 hours during business days, though actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider.

Key withdrawal policies:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name
• First withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification
• For security purposes, we may request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where possible
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

waw99 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Suspicious activity including unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns, deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests without gameplay, or use of our platform for fund transfers rather than gaming may trigger investigation and Account suspension. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

waw99 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotion page. General bonus policies:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet stated criteria (e.g., new users, minimum deposit amount, specific payment methods).
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 8x, 10x, 20x) before converting to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets are final once confirmed. waw99 accepts no responsibility for user error in bet placement. You are responsible for reviewing all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) before confirming. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where explicitly permitted by game rules (e.g., Cash Out feature).

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for football, NBA for basketball). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Settlement of disputed results is determined by waw99 based on reliable third-party sources, and our decision is final.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing agencies. All games display published Return to Player (RTP) rates. In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void, and your Account balance will be restored to its pre-malfunction state.

Togel (lottery) results are based on official draws from recognized international lottery authorities. waw99 is not responsible for delays or changes to draw schedules imposed by the lottery operators. Draw results are final and cannot be disputed once officially published.

7.5 Maximum Payouts

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on waw99:

• Creating multiple Accounts or sharing Accounts with others
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information
• Accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location
• Colluding with other users, match-fixing, or insider trading
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scraping tools
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse across multiple Accounts or platforms
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' Accounts or waw99 systems
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using waw99 for money laundering
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening waw99 staff or other users
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the waw99 platform

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and potential legal action. waw99 reserves the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the waw99 Website including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations is the exclusive property of waw99 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. The waw99 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to waw99.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Website without prior written consent from waw99.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, waw99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Interruption of service or technical malfunctions
• Errors or inaccuracies in content or betting odds
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service partners

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or use of waw99 Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. waw99 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses. You gamble at your own risk.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by waw99

waw99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period (see Section 12.3)

Upon Account suspension or termination for breach, waw99 may forfeit your Account balance, withhold pending withdrawals, and cancel any active bets or bonuses. If your Account is terminated due to suspected fraudulent activity, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance and cancel any pending bonuses or wagers. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened except at waw99's sole discretion.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for 12 consecutive months, waw99 may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or the remaining balance, whichever is less. If your Account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, your Account may be closed permanently.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding waw99 Services, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesian law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against waw99. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

14. Amendments to Terms

waw99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, Website notification, or pop-up alert upon login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of waw99 Services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using our Services and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
